Stick with the first one. Boys are stupid and don't see the full fashion picture. He may think it's ugly in that one picture on some stick model. With your glowing beautiful smile and accesories he won't know what hit him

They are both beautiful but I really like the first one. And I am pretty sure that by the time your wedding day is here and you are walking down the aisle he won't even remember looking at that magazine let alone have any idea it was the one he said was ugly. I think it is beautiful and when he sees you in it, I am sure he will be speechless. Just go with your gut and what makes you feel amazing as that will come through on your big day!

Well Thanks for the boost of confidence! I am going tomorrow to try them both on at a different DB. I only tried on the one I bought because they didn't have the second one in because it's a new style. I just need to be positive that the one I picked is really "the ONE" ( I think it is!)

Thanks Again!

I vote for the 1st dress! BUT, if you feel like you won't be as confident in it then maybe you should re-consider. Also, did you say you tried the 2nd one on? I know that I tried on 100 dresses and the 1 I ended up falling in love with was one I was sure I wasn't going to like...It looked PERFECT on and I loved it immedietely. I too wanted to be sure so I came back to David's Bridal and tried on several more, ALL of which I loved when they weren't on me. I kept going back to the original one each time. I <3 it! As the other girls said, things always look different on models, and I'm sure your FI will LOVE the 1st one on you. blah.gif Sorry LOL I am blabbing, but like I said confidence is key!!!!!!!Good luck!

I think both dresses are pretty, but I really like the first one. Did you take any pics? Try them both on and then make your decision, but like it has already been said, he will love you in whatever you wear, he probably won't even notice it is the dress that he thought was ugly, and besides, at the end of the night, you can ask him if he likes the dress on you, and once he says that he loves it, you can fill him in on the bridal magazine! LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
