I LOVE spicy food, the hotter the better! I don't like Tabasco or really vinegar-heavy hot sauce. My cousin discovered this hot sauce while traveling in Belize Sauces (we use #2). she does a bulk order from the internet every couple of months b/c they don't seem to sell it anywhere - it is so GOOD, it has carrots and haberno's so there is that hot, spicy punch but over the sweetness of carrots YUM.

What is your favorite and why?

I love Frank's. I don't like hot sauces that have a strong after taste and Franks doesn't have that. It's not real hot it's more of a mild sauce which is the taste i like.

I also love Franks and I especially love the Chili Lime one, not sure why, I just really like it. Although right now I can not handle spicy, so I have not used it in a long time.

              Texas Pete!

DH discovered it while in the Coast Guard stationed in North Carolina. He buys it by the case online.. but we recently discovered it at chick-fil-A

Before that it was Crystal (kinda sweet).

I use Sriracha Chinese hot sauce on my Quesadillas and chocolate chip cookies.. sounds gross but yummy!

cholula is our favorite as well. they are not selling it in every store anymore, so we stock up when we see it. i also LOVE louisiana hot sauce. we marinate chicken drumsticks or wings in it for a really big kick. personally i don't think franks is hot enough, but the louisiana is quite hot.
