My silly FI & the website

Recommended Posts

So I have been woking on our wedding website and was planning to send it out in the invitation that we'll send out in about 2-3 weeks. One thing that is holding it up is that Dean & I are taking engagement photos and I want to use those on the website. So Dean emailed me earlier this week and said that he wanted the info and I gave it to him (of course). I didn't mention "don't share this with anyone" because I was so busy at work it did not even occur to me. I should have known something was up but i was literally so swamped and preoccupied with work that I truly forgot.

So this morning we were taking a walk and I asked him what he needed the website info for earlier in the week and he said people at his job wanted info about the wedding so he gave it to them.

F*CK

(That is what I felt like screaming this morning.)

The site was totally not ready for viewing with the public and I was so mad that I forgot to tell him that. I explained that I was not mad at him at all (which I am not). I am just so pissed that I forgot to tell him that. I would not expect him to know what I was thinking so it was stupid of me not to mention it. Now he thinks I am crazy for being even slightly upset about it....

Thanks Sandra...on the flip side I thought it was kinda cute that he was so excited to show people. I just had this idea in my head of what it would look like when people saw it. I changed the password and sent a note to all who viewed it that it is "under construction" :P

I think its cute he was so excited to show everyone, that was the one thing my DH did was take care of the website, I gave him the details he needed to put on there and he fancied it up, it was his wedding project. He loved it and we had a great website!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
