Do you have a TA that can do this work for you? Its not fair for people to pu it on the bride. We brides dont need any more stress!
Me too! I live in California so I totally would have booked a Cabo resort but decided on Cancun so it would be easier for my family. Ha. The thought of that is hilarous now. I have a TA but she's from DW.com and she's really no help. I've had some issues with her and she said for my guests to handle their own flights. I am going to call her this morning and beg her to help. Uggh this is so annyoning. Thanks for all of the good advice though.

if you haven't heard anything I bet you are fine. (At least for now anyway.) My wedding is in October.

Airtran said that they would refund the return portion of the trip if my guests wanted. They added a lay-over to both trips so I am not sure why they won't refund the going flight as well. I'm going to have to do some trouble shooting. My mom is a computer-phobe so this all has her in a tizzy to say the very least.

On a positive note I did purchase my invites last night. (Again.)

We were already planning a cocktail party and were planning on spending $500 on it but to get it free when they nickel and dime us for everything else was refreshing. So, if you're interested it's worth a try.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
