I had 2 bridesmaids carry 2 boxes for us and we checked in the rest. They don't recomend shipping stuff to Mexico, so we had to pack everything. Just be sure you weigh all your check-ins...they're strict w/ the weight restrictions! Oh and bring reciepts...the immigration people wanted to see ours since we had so much stuff. I think we looked "suspicious".
Hey Girls, I found this very helpful, so I wanted to share with you what I found out about getting all of your stuff down to Mexico.

Did anyone else listen in on the Webinar?

What's the deal with the Beach Butlers?? Why are they advertising that they have them if they don't. I'm a little annoyed about this detail. It's one of the reasons I picked this resort.

They said "possibly" down the line, but w/ no specific date.....

I was on the webinar, and I too wanted the beach/pool butlers. I still want to know how far down the line. I kida want to switch to the Azul Fives....I also wish tha they would have spent a little more time on the wedding details. I felt like I knew most of that stuff already.

I understand the frustration about the beach butlers- I'll see if we can get some more definative dates on that.

SoontobeTwells- what else did you want to know as far as the wedding details? Because we were covering all the properties for Karisma they had to do it a little more generic as far as the details but that is why we had Faith- the director of the entire wedding department for Azul & El Dorado on the Q&A session to answer the more specific questions. If there are any additional questions let us know and we'll get them answered.

We are wanting to just do a symbolic wedding at the Sensatori. How many days early must we arrive for that and do we still have to book a package since it's not legal?

That is so weird that they weren't allowing photo's! When I was there on Friday October 24th and then again on the 26th. I took photo's and video and they were glad to see me do it and asked me to share the materials.

As foar as the symbolic ceremony- I'll need to double check the stay requirements but I am pretty sure that you would still need to purchase a package. Part of the reason may be that they only do two ceremonys a day and a symbolic counts as one of them.

This first question I asked again, because you guys have been saying that they only have two weddings a day a few hours apart. When my wedding was set for the same exact time on the same exact day as one of the brides on here. I am starting to get a little annoyed with this resort...I switched my time and delayed it one hour in hopes that it helps.

How many weddings do you hold in one day, and how many onsite WC's do you have to ensure that each bride feels like they are the only ones having a wedding that day?

What is the new bridal suite, and if you have more than one bride getting married on the same day how do you ensure that all parties have access to this particular suite?

What is the time frame for Lomas to send a quote on a custom table set up not offered on their website?

What are the chair choices for ceremony, and reception and cost?

                  (ie: chiavari, wooden, ect…)

How much is it per bow for the chairs?

Can we have them premade and bring them with us, and how much would it cost for you to add them?

Is there a DJ at the hotel that would speak English?

I read somewhere that they guest could not take a piece of cake back to their room with them. This is one thing that I really wanted to do and have boxes already made for it. If we paid for the cost of the cake and it is all inclusive why is there this policy?

Is it possible to have a canopy for the reception on the beach as well as the one for the ceremony?

Where can you find the linen color choices for the tables, and canopies?

How far in advance can you reserve your location for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

                    Hello fellow Sensatori Brides,

Have any of you received any information on the "complimentary wedding website" which is part of the packages?

I'll forward those on- who is your travel agent? They should be assisting you with getting these answers if you are having a hard time withthe resort.
