AmyB - Thank you!! I'm just going to get a Costco membership as they have a Costco in Cancun to take advantage of. You can go to Target or the Dollarstore for mini stuff OR here's a site that has pretty much anything you could ever think of in a mini size:

Ok ladies I have a dilemna... My BD shoot is this Sunday and last night I got a bodywrap for the first time. I love to exercise so I stayed on the Gazelle truckin' it the whole 50 minutes I was mummified. It was uncomfortable on my legs because the wrap was really tight and I actually rubbed off skin on the back of my thighs righ below my butt. It's really painful and red and a little puffy and I need it GONE by Sunday?

Does anyone have any secrets to healing dumb wounds?!

Hi Girls!

I have just begun planning my destination wedding for next November! I am working with a wedding planner and she recommended Azul Sensatori. I have read mixed reviews about it and heard that the beaches in Mexico aren't as nice as others in the Carribbean. I've been to Jamaica and Bahamas and thought those beaches were beautiful but I have never been to Mexico. I was hoping someone who has been down there could give me there thoughts on the hotel and location. Any information would be really helpful. Thanks !!

Sea Buck thorne oil is amazing, but it is expensive. You can get it at Whole Foods, or probably most organic stores. Olive oil can be good too, but not as effective as Sea Buck Thorne. You can research it to get more info.

it was one thing we noticed when we were in Mexico before - all the Americans and Canadians had their own cup things (we don't really have or use them over here!!) but i was jealous of them by the end...I want my own mug!

amy I'm totally with you on this one - it's one of the things that can wait for the AHR and means we don't have to take it all the way there and all the way back!

I also want my AHR to be as similar as possible to if we'd got married here, more for all our guests than anything else.

But yep, I'm with you :)

moisturise it - it encourages the skin to regrow.

Also, don't panic - your photog will just airbrush it right out. you will be totally fine chick :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
