Have any previous brides used window panes or chalkboard frames/signage for reception seating charts? Similar to this? http://pinterest.com...62272256033235/

If so, how did you go about setting this up? Any feedback is appreciated!

My friend did a chalkboard like that for her wedding (you can buy chalk markers that you have to wash to get off). She had it standing up on an easel on a table. You could get something similar to this

Does anyone have a suggestions or personal experience about smaller receptions & entertainment? I originally planned on the flamenco guitar for 45 min then a DJ for the rest of the night. Unfortunately, not many of my guests are going to make it & my party is smaller than I planned. I'm worried a DJ is overkill & may end up being awkward for a couple dozen guests. I know its mostly a personal choice but I'd love to hear any anecdotes or opinions about entertainment. Thanks!

Thanks @HolaAmigos ! Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anyone in Mexico who rents that out and I don't know who I would bring it from the U.S. To Mexico. I'll figure t out. I still have to hear from one decor vendor L'fante decor rental so, hipeful that goes well!

Hi @blushxo - why don't you set up an iPod with really great speakers and make a list for the night? Have the flamenco guitar for the 45 min and have the iPod for the rest of the night. Do you have a really animated guest/friend who may be willing to MC on your behalf?

What about something like this? I bought dollar tree platters and painted with them with chalkboard paint, I had these on a table at my sisters wedding shower. They arent too big, you could easliy pack a few of those with some small easels.

I have my wedding booked at Azul Sensatori for April 2016 and I just recently heard that the beach is not that nice at this resort.  Does anyone have any reviews about this? Any complaints? Is it true you cannot go in the water here?  Im suddenly so worried that this will be a big deal for my guests :(

    @StacyPaul
    Hi, yes it is very true :( We had our wedding in April and spent 10 days there and we were unable to get in the beach because there is TONS of seaweed and they say that it's the season so no one was able to get in the ocean

    If you feel that uncomfortable, i would probably book a different resort. I dont think "karisma" or any resort would "make it up to you"..i am at a company function now in Jamaica and you would be surprised how many people are NOT at the beach..its crazy. You have tons of time to find another resort. From all the reviews I have read it seems like there is no perfect resort, at least not for us brides
