Did any of you girls make cards to ask your witnesses to be a witness? My fiance and I have spoke and said who we want to be witnesses. Instead of asking, i thought it would be nice to make just a simple little card asking them?

Can anyone help with nice simple wording? x

I am having a cocktail party after our ceremony to try and fill some time before our reception. It seems their ceremonys are alot quicker than they would be here in the UK. Im having it at Palapa Yoga. Does anyone know if they will be this area private for us?

LADIES I NEED YOUR HELP!!!  Anyone who has already had a wedding or booked a wedding and received your room contract, was it a huge hassle with ur GI consultant and Karisma to get a contract...  and also, did they tell you all of your guests have to put a deposit down within 10 days of receiving your contract otherwise their rates would change??  If I would have known about all this bs, on top of the ridiculous vendor fees, I may have thought twice about having a wedding there.  It is such a shame because it is truely beautiful place.  Any feedback would be great!!!!

Hi what time are you having it? While I was there I saw them set up a few events there and there are sunbeds right next to it and they won't move people so it won't be totally private. I got married at 3pm on the roof, we then had photos on the roof and beach then went and our guests went and had drinks outside the Mexican restaurant while we had more photos done around the resort then we joined them before going to our reception at 6pm at Zavaz Plaza there was 23 of us and this worked well (and didn't cost any extra) hope this helps.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
