I asked my wedding coordinator if I can bring my own sand for the sand ceremony and she said yes and they won't charge if I bring my own

Are you working directly through the resort, or through a travel agency?  How long have you been waiting?

My colors are gray, white, yellow, and maybe small black accents.  The bridesmaids will have bright yellow flowers.

I'm glad you all like the dress, since we're on a time crunch, hopefully the girls will LOVE how they fit and we can order them Saturday

I love black dresses for the bridesmaids.  I also think turquoise would look beautiful though!

I've been waiting about a month and I'm going through a wedding coordinator through a destination wedding agency, she says she should have them this week.

For past and future brides that are having or have had a private reception. We are struggling to decide where to hold it that gives you some privacy. I like the zavaz plaza but it doesnt seem very private. Can anyone help?
On August 2nd at 3pm at Sensatori Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico I marry my best friend.

Zavaz Plaza is out in the open, but one thing to keep in mind is at nighttime most hotel guests are out to dinner or at a bar (not wondering around the resort).  Nor are they hanging over their balconies checking out your reception (which was a fear I originally had). They've paid a lot for the all inclusive package, so they are taking advantage of it!

I noticed this during both of my site visits.  Both the beach and Zavaz Plaza seemed to have the same amount of nighttime wonderers...and it wasn't many at all!
