Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

Thank you for all the compliments ladies! It's this really weird lace pattern that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was on sale so SUPER SWEET More money for Shoes!

It's really simple but yet that romantic spanish feel I was looking for. I really like it! My mom came up with an awesome idea as well. The satin ribbon belt at the waist is super easy to duplicate so we are going to make 3 more in my wedding colors and at different points in the reception am going to change belts!

7 nights in Premium Jacuzzi Suite - $2002.16 per person
7 nights in Luxury Jacuzzi Ocean view - $1310.80 per person
7 nights in Luxury Jacuzzi Jr. Suite - $1,205.24
7 nights in Jacuzzi Jr. Suite - $1126.36

Yikes, that's a big difference!  I haven't decided what we are going to do yet either.  There's not much difference in the Pearl package vs. the free package.  Decisions, Decisions!!

Love the pictures! I would love to see more and the TTD photos.  I want the the TTd photos FI doesn't see the point. So iI'm making the final decision.  Where did you take the TTD photos.  We have an outside photographer so I definitely don't want to pay the $500 twice.  The blue shoes are fabulous!

Maggie,

Love the dress so far. If the back looks good I'm sure the front is too.  Can't wait to see it!

Oh man just totally forgot who said they could send me some photos of eldorado, SORRY.  If you can PM me the photos.  I am truely trying to let FI make final decision of honeymoon so he will definitely need visual aids! He laughs and jokes about this site being full of people paid to make comments.  He hasn't gasped the idea of blogs and forums. He makes me laugh everytime I sign on!

Ooh, whoever sends those out, if you could send them to me as well, that would be fabulous!! Thanks!

Hello Ladies!!!  Just doing a quick check in while my computer is up. My wedding was WONDERFUL!!!!!  And the resort, the staff and the wedding coordinators are perfect.  I told DH yesterday that I do not regret one dime that we spent on this wedding!  OMG I just can't even really describe how wonderful everything is.  I don't have any pics from the wedding as a matter of fact I haven't even seen a picture hopefully somebody will send me some when I get back.  Just wanted to check in and let you all know that you should not have ANY regrets regarding the Azul Sensatori!  Happy planning to all the brides to be!!!!!

It is alot of fun!!! My uncle has a boat so we did some tubbing as well and it was great to just get away from computers, cell phones, and watches and get lost in the day and forget about time and appointments. (Not to mention the free flowing liquor since you never have to drive anywhere!) We went to a site that has showers, which is all the requirement a girl like me has. ;-) I'm sure you will have a good time because good company makes the trip all worth it. wink.gif

Yeah, with prices like those for the Premium Suite, it almost seems wiser to just pay for a package and go with their base rooms being that everyone says all of the rooms are beautiful regardless. In our case, we would pay $4K+ for the Premium room just to get the free package as opposed to paying about $2,400 for a room and just adding on the $950 for the Pearl package. Looks like we will save close to $1K to put towards another budget line item just by going with a regular Jacuzzi Suite. Not to mention we are going to take advantage of the free room upgrade for booking within 10 days of participating in the webinar. By typing this all out, it sounds like I've come to a decision for us. msnwink.gif

Believe it or not David's Bridal! I went to look for a possible TTD $99 dress and ended up trying on this dress. I liked it so much I went back to try it on again and I could beat the price!

It was definitely cheaper to get married at home first - plus no blood tests - I was super scared I would bruise.  Also, in my experience at AB, the ministers spoke very good english whereas the judges who do the legal ceremonies weren't as comfortable-sounding with english.  I had a thread on this forum called "anyone getting legally hitched before mexico" or something like that.  If you search for it and find it, there were like 100 girls giving their own pros and cons.

I love love love your dress!!!

CONGRATULATIONS MRS! How exciting is it to be married?

Thanks so much for posting. Always great to hear and with 2 months to go reassurance is always nice. Can I ask if you used Lomas' DJ and if so, what your experience was? We have him booked and someone posted that he was horrible. Now I am concerned.

THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
