1106, great review!!  Thanks so much.  What was your take on the beach at AS?  That is my only concern at this point.  I mean, I know it's not the greatest and as long as I know that going in, we should be good.

Ladies, Just wanted to say that I am happy to announce that I went and picked up my dress tonight and I no longer have any worries that it's the one I will wear on my wedding day! )

 

YAY!!

 

I do have to return and find new jewelry though, as what I bought doesn't really work.  Minor detail though.  )

Working with Angie. She is nice, but seems to be fairly new, so anything unusual seems to be very tricky and takes forever to get her to find answers. Still trying to sort details, and my wedding is Jan 24.

The beach is fine for walking on and suntanning. If you want to go swimming, it's just a little rocky/ coral. But it's great for snorkeling...since a coral reef is right there! For a nice spot with no rocks in the water, walk about 500 yards north- just don't go to far...nudist resort just past the nice sandy area.

The beach was kind of small (skinny), especially compared to the beaches farther south (especially Sapphire) but it was fine. All of the beach areas at all resorts had that kelp layer which made it less picturesque but the water is still light blue and pretty. The day I toured was a little weird...there was a tropical storm passing by so it would downpour for a few minutes and then the sun would come out. It was really windy too which I assume made the water rougher. I do have to say that the pools at AS were so nice, I didn't pay THAT much attention to the beach, ha!
