I am in the same dilemma...my friends are insisting on taking me somewhere for my bachelorette party, but I feel terrible about asking them to spend another $500 each on ANOTHER trip. I may let them throw me a lingerie shower in the town I live in now and no bachelorette party. THEN, when we get to Mexico, go out on the town Thursday night for my bachelorette party. Then meet up with the guys around midnight and do a joint party! (I think he is still having a bachelor party though.)

Ok girls, so I have chosen my date and my resort...Le Blanc on August 7th, unless something drastic happens, then it's Sensatori! You girls are SO much fun!! Can I be an honorary "Azul Bride?" I really appreciate all your help and feedback! Basically my decision came to this: both resorts were equally as cool, but I think I can get more for my money at Le Blanc, with more things included in packages, cheaper DJ's, etc. Although I wanted to stay in the riviera, I think Cancun will be fun too!

I had a hard time justifying an additional cake aside from the one that comes in the package but I'm not a fan of the small heart cake. I wanted a 3 tier but settled with a 2 tier and I'm bringing real touch orchids with me as they tried charging me $20 per real flower.

 

I already had my lingerie bridal shower here at a friends house and plan to have the Bachelor/Bachelorette parties in Mexico Thursday night before my Saturday wedding.

I got clear plastic sealable badge holders from this same seller but vertical instead of horizontal 50 Business ID Card Badge Holder w/ Zipper Vertical ZH - eBay (item 250510071116 end time Nov-05-09 19:18:31 PST)

 

I got the clear wrist coils from www.pouchandcoil.com Clear - Wrist Coil

 

I got an email from pouchandcoil.com AFTER I purchased for 7% off, which isn't much but if you order put "OCT" in the promo code box.

 

I printed my business cards from VistaPrint...

Hello ladies I have been consumed with work for the last few weeks. Its really getting in the way of my wedding planning and posting on the thread.

 

Crista Lee - welcome to the group. These ladies are awesome and make the processing much more enjoyable.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
