I think the hotel will allow her. Just make sure to get it in writing! :)

I had the resort do my hair (I did a trial before and recommend that) and I did my own make-up. The make-up trial didn't go so well for me but I know other girls really liked the way their make-up turned out. I like to wear a lot of make-up and when she was done with the trial it was just too natural for me. I wore fake eyelashes too!

I brought the lanterns. The ones with my crystals were from my bridal shower. One of my BM's made them for me. She is also responsible for "making" the LED lights too. She even started a site on Etsy selling them since she had so much fun doing it and they turned out great for my shower and wedding. I am going to go barefoot and I am 5 foot 4", I figure you are on the beach so you might as well take advantage of it! I admire you ladies that can wear those sexy high high heels though....you all look so good in them. I don't think I could wear them all day.

So has anyone else gotten their email from Grace (if that is who your coordinator is) that she is leaving? I am now getting Kiara, does anyone work with her right now?

 

This will be my 3rd coordinator now and getting a little worried about the turn over there.

 

What do you girls think?

Kiara is my coordinator and she has been wonderful. I have also learned to pick up the phone and call her if the emails are getting to be too much "back and forth." I found a 10 minute convo can save 10 emails :).

hey Aneliese - thanks so much for posting the link! I haven't heard anything from my WC since the first email saying they had our details, so don't really know what the options are on photographers!!

What do people think of these pics?? I'm not too sure about them, but can't put my finger on why...

Are these the only approved photographers for AS?? if not, who are the other ones? and does anybody have a link for egs of their photography?

hey girls.

 

thank you all for your views on the whole 'heels' dilemna! I think I will go for heels - my boyf is 5ft 10 and without heels, i think i'd look overly short next to him in photos!! but great to hear that it is possible to get away with wearing heels :o)

 

I do like the bare feet look, but think I'll just take my heels off for a few shots like that.

 

For those that have got married on the Sky Deck.... we have this booked and now I'm worrying that I'll regret not getting married on a beach after going all that way. that it kind of defeats the point...or am I just worrying about nothinghuh.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
