Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

Shannon, great photos! You had a beautiful day! I loved the bright yellow! I can't believe those stairs that they added to the lobby. They are huge! I love the photos of you in the Azul cut out letters and the one of you in the carriage. I wish I had an extra hour or so of more photos. So many great opportunities around the resort.

I'm sorry to hear they are trying to restrict photographers again. They don't realize what a disservice it is to the resort to offer only their "approved" photographers. The talent of the the outside photographers shines a good light on the resort and the beautiful weddings they provide. I hope it all works out for everyone!

Shannon, your pics (and you!) are beautiful! Congrats! My fiance is looking for white shoes similar to those that your hubby and the groomsmen wore. Do you know where they are from?

Hi Ladies,

We are debating on what to do with the music...DJ or bring I POD. We really want to have good music that people will want to dance to all night and don't know if it is worth getting the DJ (with the crappy selection of music he had last time) but at the same time we would rather not spend the time loading the I POD just to have someone man it on the day.

Has anyone that has gotten married lately used the DJ that they have on staff? If so did you like them? Did they have the same selection of old music? Any suggestions??

I am going to go with the ipod option. I think the DJ is way over priced for what you are getting. If you bring your ipod, you get all the music you want, and if you dont want to worry about loading the ipod you could ask someone else to do it for you. A friend of mine has offered to deal with the ipod for me. I am going to give him a list of must haves, and he will put it together and then play it at the reception. From what I have heard, people have been quite happy with either option they have chosen though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
