I have some questions that you all might have the answer to. Do they allow you to pick a few different entree choices; beef/pork/fish for your private dinner as long as your guests have already chosen ahead of time? Do you know if they will also offer a kids meal? How far out were you able to secure your ceremony and dinner locations? For a reception at Zocalo terrace do you know if they use the square tables already there or do they bring in rounds? I know these are wedding coordinator questions, but a certain someone hasn't returned emails in awhile!

Hi cappacino...I'm from Calgary and my guests will be travelling November 15th for a week with Signature Vacations...our rates are around $1900 taxes in, for the least expensive room category, so it sounds like you're getting the right rates cause I think TO is usually cheaper than from Calgary.

You should add your wedding date to our list! Does anyone remember what post number the list is athuh.gif

Hello fellow Brides,

Thank you for all of your input. After a lot of thinking and research we have decided to change our wedding venue and location. Could you please update the list by taking my name off of the Nov. date.

 

Also, Cappuccino: we were quoted under $1700 but I believe we might have been quoted lower because we were booking before the opening of the hotel. My advise would be if you are somewhat flexible on your dates, inquire what is the price difference if your departure is on Monday rather than Friday (we decided to do that, as weekend does not count as official working days required for a civil wedding).

Hey! I was wondering how good they are about accomidating over 40 ppl in the resturants? I would like to have a welcome/rehersal dinner and have everyone sitting in the same area of the resturant. I'm probably having 50-80 guest and wouldn't mind doing a set menu at one of the resturant but I just don't want to have to pay for everyone to eat another meal at an all-inclusive. I'm already planning on doing a private reception and really don't want to pay for another private function.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
