I think I have added my name to the most recent list?!?

Just got confirmation today...Finally! I am so excited but also concerned about another wedding being on the same day. We purposely did not pick Jan 9 because there was already a wedding scheduled...oh well, not much I can do about it now. It's booked!

We're staying a week at the Resort and then a week at a boutique hotel in or around Playa.

Has anyone been getting responses from Fabio or Nancy lately? Or have you been getting the automated response.....
It's kind of difficult to ensure your reception time and choices when they don't respond to emails!

Let's hope they do make an effort to keep the wedding parties separate. I'm just starting to worry about their organizational skills.

That is what we are doing as well.

I have not heard back from Fabio in over three weeks. They last automated response said he was out until yesterday. My guess was they were at the Grand Opening of the Sensatori. I am getting a little worried about the organization, and communication between them and us (and the onsite WC)

We are honeymooning here: The Haciendas: Hacienda San Jose

it is about 3 hours from the azul sensatori. we are going to rent a car and stop at some spots along the way.

I am sure nobody wants to hear this but.... I have not been stressed at all about not getting responses. I know a bunch of people that have done the destinantion wedding thing and all of them agree that no matter what you plan before you get there nothing really matters. The onsite WC are amazing and as soon as you get there you do all your planning.

 

Girls remember.... you only do this once(hopefully) and you have to enjoy it!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
