Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

I was just looking over the packages... The silver package states,"Decoration of wedding location including wooden plank aisle runner, chairs for 12 people and table with white linen".... So everything else costs extra? Like the gazebo or archway? I guess I assumed those were included since I always see them in pics..

http://karismahotels.com/wedding/eve..._amenities.pdf This is a link to the optional amenities.. which yes includes the prices for whichever type of arch you would like... there are a couple of pages of optional things to look through, so have a browse... just a little thing I found when researching too! Hope this helps!

I also received those pics and am so excited to see something real. I was also sent some great photos of people checking in to the lobby and many of their restaurants during operation. I would love to post them but simply don't know how. Would someone let me email them to them and post them for me?

That would be great if you could get a more definitive date out of them. I realize the resort had a late opening.....but they shouldn't specify in all their catalogs & website about the Beach Butlers if they don't deliver. I posted it on my wedding website and have been telling all my family and friends. And I know people on Trip Advisor have been talking about the Butlers as well.
It's suppose to a part of the Sky Deck wedding package too (white gloved service). That extra $1700 has to be going somewhere.....

Faith was great at answering questions, I wish the other wedding coordinators were that straightforward. It's like speaking in circles with the other two.

Do you think they would be willing to do Webinars on each Resort separately? So we could ask more resort specific questions.

And did anyone else on the Webinar notice how much the wedding packages went up from 08 to 09?!! Almost a $1000 smile41.gif

Is anyone getting married at 6 pm and also having a cocktail hour?

My concern is that I have read somewhere that the resort does not allow receptions to last past 11pm. If the ceremony lasts 30-45 mins and the cocktail hour 1 hour then the reception would go until around 12am. All of the food/music options are for 4 hours? Will the resort cut the reception short or will they allow it to run the full 4 hours until 12am?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
