Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

So, after having to change our date 3 times we finally have a date set!! Oct. 24, 2009!! Now we are just waiting to get the confirmation # then all the fun starts! I'm sure I will be asking you guys a ton of questions.....

Don't know about all of ya'll but I feel like a crazy person trying to plan this wedding! I find my self on line 24 7 on this forum and other websites, sometimes looking at the same stuff over and over again (until like 2am)! I guess I thought this would be a lot less stressful and cheaper then having it at home but I think I was WRONG.

wendi80, i completely agree with you. i can be on the inernet endlessly looking up wedding stuff, reading review, looking at vendors, etc. i think my FI gets a little overwhelmed with it at times, so I have been trying to limit it....but it is hard b/c i want ot do more research

Hi Mesita! I'm brand new to the forum (first post!) and was thinking that the beauty of an all-inclusive is that your guests would have no problem occupying themselves for a few hours while you get pictures done - what about having them meet at one of the bars for a couple of drinks, or perhaps some people would want to go back to their rooms to change beofre the reception? Just a thought.

On another note, I really appreciate all of the help this forum has provided me thus far. Our date is January 21st, at 5 p.m.

Hi Everyone!

I'm so happy I found ya'll! We just confirmed our date for March 7, 2009 at 5pm. We are planning it a bit last minute - but it's all working out ok so far. I'm a little concerned about all the rules and regulations that go along with Karisma resorts, but I suppose it is what it is at this point. We are planning on bringing in an outside photographer and I think we'll opt to have her stay at the resort. and that's as far as I've gotten on the planning!

Anyway, I've been doing lots of reading. This forum is great!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
