Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

Thanks @@ACJCWed for the info.

This is the first time I'm hearing about it being due this soon. My TA has been telling me she would send it 1-2 weeks before all along.

Zocalo beach is by the beach BBQ and the wedding arch. Beach building has little bigger space. Other than that there is not much difference.

@@carrieandsam - Thanks!  Is Zocalo Beach level or is it on some type of a hill?  I'm becoming increasingly concerned that my grandma will fall on the beach - and ideally, we'd like to have an ad hoc dance party around our fire pit/tiki torches without any spills or drama....

Hello ladies! Ok, so we are doing our cocktail hour and reception at Plaza Zavas. Has anyone strung lights in the gazeebo? If so, how many strings of lights did you need? I want to use the larger bulb lights like the ones pictured here. But not sure how many I would need. Please Help!

Oic. If you want that then if you are stringing them from each pole then her 16ft should work just fine. So 6 of the 16ft should work. I know @@LaurenR use white paper picado and string them the way you want your lights and those were 18ft and it had some give. Just my opinion I would go with warm glow to give a happy intimate feel.

I am struggling with flowers. The bouquets seem very expensive but maybe that's a normal price for flowers??? I have heard ppl mention real feel flowers but I have never seen them in real life. Are they good? Cheaper? Could I also use as centerpieces without it looking too "cheap"?

Thanks all!

@@amyzig2 Yed, real touch flowers look real and are pretty. Also, much less expensive than real flowers. Check out Katy she also has those flowers for rent. I am doing a Bojo Chic theme so I am going with lanterns, candles and maybe a few shells in a vase with sand. Haven't decided on flowers. But if I do get some sort of flower it will be a small arrangement of maybe like 4 or 5 roses next to lantern.

I'm not doing much flowers for that reason @@amyzig2 they just seem very expensive.  I'm going with vases and candles instead for centerpeices and just some arrangements for the ceremony that I'm planning on reusing at the reception.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
