That is for double occupancy. They do have singles and triples. There are also family specific rooms. The transportation is not included in that price. They take care of everything, I was quoted $30-50 per person depending on the number. Obviously the more people the less cost.

contact Wright Travel Agency - the team that owns this website! they are one of Karisma's top agencies, and often get extra perks. Reviews of WTA and links to contact them are in my signature. We worked with them on our anniversary trip, and again when we went for my birthday - they are awesome! 

 

Hi can anyone refer a good travel agent in the New York area. Because I'm dealing with an agent right now I feel that she's withholding information from us. Me and my fiancé went on the hotel website and it was the same price she was offering for the same dates. Is that common? I thought the rate through the agent is suppose to be less since its a group rate. Please help me understand this. Have anyone book for their wedding directly through the hotel?

How was the El Dorado? We were thinking of heading there for a few days after the wedding!


 

I originally had booked with El Dorado for my anniversary last month. However, when I arrived, they gave me some perks to get me to stay at Generations we decided to go for it. NO REGRETS!  Since both resorts are connected, along with El Dorado Casitias, my husband and I had chance to spend time on all 3 properties. It was amazing!! El Dorado is definitely larger. They have a main pool where most people would hang out with dance music playing pretty loud. They also have other pools that had significantly less people and much quieter. So, it really appeals to all. And of course you have the beach.  Service and food were excellent! My only recommendation is if you decide to go to dinner around 7:30, you may run into a 45-60 min wait. This happened a couple of times to us.Otherwise, it was great! :)

Hello everyone!

 

So glad we found this forum!  My fiance and I are getting married at Azul Sensatori on March 27, 2015 and cannot wait!  Thankfully we were able to go to the Bride's Dress Rehearsal in November so we have most of our wedding planned.

 

The one thing we're struggling with is choosing a photographer.  We have ruled our Caribe due to reviews we've read.  At this point we have we are looking into Samuel Luna, Photostudio AB, and Matias Cano.  What photographers have people used and loved?  If so, please let us know!

 

Is there any way to search on this forum for photographers?  If so, would someone please advise us!

 

We've learned a lot by reading all of your posts and are so grateful we found this site.

Search for photography vendors in the search box or under vendors and vendor reviews.

 

We are looking at caribe and Samuel luna.

Caribe photos looks very basic and they are actually about the same even with the $800 vendor fee for Samuel luna.

What did you hear bad about caribe? I have heard mixed reviews.

Hi @@ismyrneg,They got me a great group rate and have been so wonderful to communicate with over the last year. I email with them at least once a week and sometimes several times a day and they always respond immediately. I have no regrets and recommend them highly!

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
