Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

@@linaco80 you have to go to their "shop"...not just the website. That's the place... You can get them for $6.50 a bag when you buy more than 20... They are sold that way... Then the sale made them 3.25. They will have a cyber Monday sale too- but usually 40% off.

As for the Tervis... We are going with no handle... Just a tumbler more than a mug... Again waiting for 25% off with cyber Monday. If not there, then bubba mugs have some nice options. But yes- plain and then adding a waterproof sticker.

Here is what I did for the Pre-Wedding Mailer: http://www.bestdesti...g-care-package/

Includes custom luggage tag per person, mini Tequilla bottle, booklet of what to expect in Mexico

I got these Hola Amigo totes:

http://shop.weddingchicks.com/hola-amigo-custom-tote-minimum-set-of-20/

I filled them with a Survival Kit (chap stick, pepto, advil, emeren C, sunglasses, pens, towel clips, bright Green Stadium Cups, key/tip holder, sunscreen, mending kit, chapstick, hand wipes), booklet of itinerary, and door hangers.

My guests loved the Survival Kit, especially the key/tip holder! They used every single thing in the Survival Kit.

@@kmk2016 Got it! thank you :) will search for a code to get them at your price or close enough :), tumbler sounds good specially to refill beer at the pool lol

Are you giving one bag per room or per person?

Where are you looking for the tumblers? wedding chicks also? the waterproof sticker? Etsy?

@@rebepax I LOVE ...LOVE your pre-wedding mailer, but I think it was too expensive :(? do you mind PM how much you spend per box? plus shipping? Although you made a point previously about how much guests spent on the trip.

Did you bring organza chair sashes? center pieces? Chinese lanterns? Xmas lights? all those goodies?

BTW what is the key/tip holder?

The luggage tags were $90 and the Tequilla was $250.  Each box was $8 for my girl to package, stuff and ship.

The Key/Tip holder was a huge success... I ordered Lanyards here:

http://www.specialistid.com/Standard_Non_Breakaway_36_Neck_Lanyard_p/2135-300x.htm

And Badge Holders here:

http://www.specialistid.com/Standard_ID_Badge_Holder_Vertical_Vinyl_p/1820-1050.htm

Then I printed these and put them in each one:

Front of Key Tip Money Holder

For our pre-travel mailers we are sticking to flat/paper... Easily mailed. They will get a detailed "passport" program with tons of info on the area, the wedding events and fun facts.... A luggage tag and a letter. Basic and simple. Their welcome bags are going to be much more detailed. I ordered canvas custom wedding totes on weddingchicks.com at their recent sale for 50% off and got a custom design for $3.25 a bag!! They will ship soon and will take a pic, but their quality is excellent and I love the design. We will be putting two tervis mugs with a davetdesign label, a pool float, a custom deck of cards, and a "do not disturb" door hanger. I may add a hangover kit but not sure at this point. Then all kids are getting a sand pail with toys, and a fun pair of sunglasses.

Our bridal party will of course get a special bag with more items but that's it for us!

I always love your ideas Kim! Too bad I missed out on the sale at wedding chicks. All my research power is being hogged by finding a house right now haha. I hope to be back on the wedding deal hunting soon

@@linaco80 we are doing one bag per room- so both tumblers will go in the bag. We have almost 100 guests so it will still take a ton of planning on my part for about 40 bags. Then rooms with kids will get the additional kid items.

I forgot about the key holder... Plan on adding those to the bags as well... I just forgot to mention it!

If I get actual Tervis tumblers I will buy them direct on sale... Bubba mugs will be direct as well... I don't think weddingchicks sells them!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
