Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

A few reception questions- is it customary to feed the DJ and photographer? The photographer in particular, because he will be there for so many hours..? (Although I wouldn't feed one and not the other!) I am having the Deluxe BBQ Buffet and I am wondering not only if I should include them in the head count but if I should have a spot at one of the tables for them to sit. Both vendors are outside vendors and I am paying the vendor fees, so my last question is if that fee possibly includes a meal? Any help and input is appreciated!! Thanks in advance ladies!

Yes, it is customary to feed both the DJ and the photographer. And yes, you should have a place setting for them to eat. You could always just add a small table for them (2 person table). The down side is the vendor fee does not include dinner. That is still an additional cost to you.

Hi! So my coordinator said I could have a small table for vendors and also there is a vendor meal that is $9 and includes a sandwich and soda and like chips or something

Your wedding Video was just amazing.

Did you get the DJ from the LomasTravel site?

Did you bring the glow sticks and the paper lanters or did you buy them in Mexico?

Thanks your feedback would be great!

I've been working with a destination wedding planner for a couple of months. She's been very responsive and reassuring. She's helped me come to point where Azul Sensatori and Azul Beach are my top picks. Plus she's arranged site visits and helped me with my STDs and website. Wouldn't it be in bad form to drop her now because I may get a better per night quote from another TA?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
