Hopefully this helped a little.

Who is your WC Jana? Off-site WC's don't set the pricing for setup fees -- that's why you have to pay in cash, in person for it. Everything I've heard says the fees range for complexity of setup but usually average $5 per person for EVERYTHING. Not individual setups. Can anyone else confirm?

Hello lovely ladies!! I'm looking at booking the sensatori unfortunately it doesn't go on sale until April as Im not getting married until 2014!! (Very organised!!) Is their any UK ladies who know of where I can access any form of price guide/add ons available etc? Im very unsure with what package to opt for..I love the sound of Gold but I want to bring my own decorations, flowers? And theirs some add ons which I really want? What's the difference between gold and silver? Is the sky still extra if you have the gold package? What the total price has your wedding has dot at the Sensatori? Hey ladies! Just a question that I need some feedback on...we can't decide between the Pick and Choose meal or Family style for our reception. Pick and choose seems like more work but it is cheaper but family style has way more options. I have never had a family style meal at a reception so maybe that is why I am hesitant. What have past brides done and what are future brides planning to do? Ps- my WC said that the set up fees are determined on site and our travel agent guessed around $200-$300. We are bringing our own chair bows, centrepieces, favours, and sheers so I really hope it is not per chair or anything!

My FI and I really loved the idea of giving our guests the many options to choose from so we are going with the  Family Style. Although it is a bit more than Pick and Choose meal, we feel it is worth it. We did a dress rehearsal last year, so we got to taste and experience the family style and we loved it.  The apps and sides are placed in the center of the table and then the main course (lobster, chicken, steak, etc) is passed around. We got to taste all of the main courses and it was great.  Also, since there are so many desserts that come with the Family Style we are NOT buying a wedding cake..just going with the cake that comes with our silver package. My FI and I are not cake people so it was not a big deal to us to have an elaborate cake.

Ladies - Need some ideas/suggestions on welcome booklet/brochure to place in OOT bag. Are you doing it in the form of a brochure? Newsletter? Booklet? What info are you putting in it? Any ideas or suggestions would be soo appreciated!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
