I've been MIA for a long time....but I'm getting married 2 weeks from today and am so excited I don't even know what to do...I have pretty much everything done...we will have 24 total with us...not doing a private event ..just the Spoons dinner.  I pick my dress up on the 2nd and we fly down on the 8th.  Will anyone be there the 8th through the 15th?  15th we move to EDR for a honeymoon week.

Congratulations to all the new brides...this is the most stressful and fun time you will ever have..Good luck to all of you!!!

Hi there,

 

We used the Spoons semi private dinner as our welcome dinner.  I have to say that the Spoons meal was one of the best that we had there and most of our guests said the same thing.  It was even better than the Private dinner we had at our reception (we chose from the pick and choose menu).  The area feels quite separate when they pull the curtains across and the servers were wonderful.   Make sure to bring some extra money for tipping because they really deserve it.  Also order a Spanish coffee because they put on a really awesome show at your table!

Im travelling to Mexico from the UK September 2nd for 10 nights. Im really lucky to have a brother thats a professional photographer and will be doing all our photography for us. If any other brides are interested in his services, it would be a great way for you to save money as he staying at the hotel for 10 nights and there will be no outside vendor fee! 2 weeks! So excited for you:) have a fantastic time. DH and I are at EDR right now with friends. You will love it!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
