Too funny, you and me both.  I knew last week I had to stop and grab a bit of focus as I have a room full of wedding projects started and then began to pick out paint colours to repaint the house.  I am spinning somewhat but have taken a couple of days to focus and will begin again, one job at a time (I'll also spend the weekend filling myself up with margaritas).

Hi there! I got them from luggagetags.com. They were .78 a piece but the shipping was 12.95! Ack! So worth it though. I really want to do maracas but I really am concerned about how much stuff we're already bringing down there. Sigh.

You're not alone!  We have had some family issues as well.  My Fiances father is not flying down because he refuses to fly, we offered to pay the extra for the sky wedding (even though we can't afford it) so that he could watch the live web cam.  He told us not to bother, that he probably wouldn't watch it anyway.  There have been other minor spats with people, to the point that I was so stressed out, told everyone that we sent invites out to that it was cancelled until further notice (even though it wasn't cancelled).  Now we are just providing anyone who asks us about it with the info they need to book.  We have fewer guests coming as a result but this is the wedding we want and have been looking forward to, we're not going to change things because of others.

Surround yourself with the positive, that's what I have been doing :) So far it seems to be working.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
