Thanks Chapa for the info.  I've emailed them to see if our date is free and it is, now we just have to decide if we want to go this route or not.  If we get a few more people booking I'd like to.

I will look and see if I have any videos of his style. He blends the songs together so it sounds awesome and everyone in my group loved it! He also gives out props such as balloons, masks, glow sticks and did cold fireworks during our first dance.

That's great to hear as I'm going backwards and forwards about having a meal elsewhere but it would severely mess with the budget.  I would LOVE to see your photos.

Have a brilliant time.  Your wedding will be beautiful even if it snows I'm sure.

I did my hair at 11am for a 3pm wedding and it was fast. I was the only one getting my hair and makeup done and was the only one in the salon.

I have no clue lol, past brides what have you done and brides to be what are your plans?  I will just have my MOH, no other bridesmaids, want to get some pictures done before the ceremony but there's only so many photo ops with 2 people.

Any advice?

When i looked into it it didn't make $$ sense for transport. We were already going to get tagged with baggage fees so it turned out to be about $40 less then just renting them so for the ease of it I rented

Thanks everyone!

It's going to be AWESOME! We will do a rain rain stay away dance for you!

awesome, thanks!

I just booked me for 10am, weddings at 3pm.  I figured better to have more time than not enough.  That way we can get some lunch and relax a bit too (hopefully)

I should have done 1pm for them considering the timing my photographer wanted to maintain.

Mahalo, could you add me to fb?  I have been speaking to Caribe about what we want for our pictures and would really appreciate if I could see yours.  It's Nicole Meldrum, my profile pic is of my son sitting in the grass :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
