Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Yay Jaime, your pics are fabulous.  You looked beautiful, and it sounds like you had a blast!  So exciting.  :o)   Maggie, I got a quote for cupcakes when I was considering that for the wedding, and they were reasonable.  You could check that too, if the bday cake option doesn't work!

I am currently trying to decide if I want to do a cocktail hour in between ceremony and reception. Cermony time 4:00 Reception time 6 or 6:30 I haven't decided yet. We are doing pictures in between and I almost feel it is silly to spend the money on cocktail party when they could go to a bar at the resort inbetween. Do any previous brides have a wedding day itenerary they could send me. I want to make one specifically for the wedding party and one for all the other guest. My fiance's parents have officially booked a catamaran cruise for after the rehearsal. Also, what did previous brides do for a rehearsal. Did you just have everyone meet at the beach site to do a walk through? That is what I want to do so everyone will know what they are doing. We are not having dinner on the cruise only open bar due to the cost so I was thinking of having the free meal after the cruise at the Spoons restaurant but not sure how late they are open? I think the cruise is from 5:30 to 7:30

I didn't and they do sell-out!!!!

Azul Fives just opened (grand opening was in January) and the posts are nothing like here... but I have found two brides to help me and it looks beautiful, so it should all work out!  I will probably keep lurking on here for advice, since nobody is on the Fives board!!!

So I vote Azul Sensatori the best board, Murmel the best advice giver (THANK YOU!) and lovethebeach10 (my wedding weekend girl) the best of luck!!!

Oh and a question, how in the world are you all fitting the OOT bags in your luggage!?!

Thanks all!!!

Thanks!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
