You should get the TA before you get a date.  The TA can be your go between with the resort and can request your date from the resort.  And if you're not stuck on a particular date the TA can tell you what dates will be cheaper than others.

Agreed - Plus my TA neogicated with the "Group reservations" department to get our group rates so that it would be cheeaper for my guests! She did a great job!

Wow..thank you girls so much for the compliments on the passports!  When I’m feeling down, I just need to post a cool picture for you all to comment on (haha…just kidding).  The stamps are actually my favorite part too…especially since our 3 special dates are in 3 different countries!  We got them done at Event House here in Houston.  Our initial appointment was in person, but we did all of the back and forth designing over email.  Pretty painless process...except for going over my budget.

Check your final invoice from them from when you made your last room payment.  At the bottom it should have your grand total minus your room deposit and the initial $50 deposit.

I flew him from NY and put him up in the hotel he took rehearsal, ceremony, and trashing pictures for $2200

gave me over 800 pictures

HI I specifically remember talking with Cecile about this and made sure I saved the email. BUt I was told that as long as you are having a private event the day passes were free. You may want to talk with you WC about this
