Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

another question or questionssss for you gals

is it true what Ive been reading that there is an outside vendor fee of $500?  if so what does this apply to?

also did any past brides have their hair/makeup done at the salon at Azul?

The thing that worries me most about a DW, is not being able to have a hair/makeup trial...my hair sucksssssssssss and I dont think I can trust anyone to get it right and get it to stay without having a trial first.

any thoughts?

I am also wondering about this! I am looking to get my hair and the bridesmaids hair done and wondering about prices. I may also get my makeup done if they don't make you look like a clown!

I'm not positive how current these prices are, but this is what my brochure says:

Bridal Hair Style $85

Bridal Hair Preview $55

French Braid $30

Hair Style Comb $60 (I guess this would be for the bridesmaids?)

Make-up Application $85 (50 mins, includes preview application)

Whew!!!!!!!  The wedding planners and staff at Le Blanc were a DREAM to work with and did everything they possibly could to make our weekend super special!!  I will be posting a review very soon!!  A few people have posted some pics and tagged me on facebook, so hopefully you are able to pull them up!  I also set up a kodak account, so I will share that as soon as more pictures get uploaded from the guests.  If you guys are looking for a honeymoon spot, I HIGHLY recommend Le Blanc.  It was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!  The people were so nice and the resort was fabulous!!  I hope all the wedding planning is going great for you girls.  Trust me, as soon as you step foot on the resort, you will not have a worry in the world!!!

This is my first attempt at posting a picture, so I'm crossing my fingers this works!  I had been meaning to share my STDs (which actually turned into full invitations!).  I know a Passport is old news for us DW pros, but all my guests thought it was a completely original idea (haha...so sneaky).

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
