Any way here is the link to your proofs. I will get working on the album right away and I will also be adding those images from Friday night to the collection as well.
Congratulations to you and Rod!

Wendy - Congrats! You looked stunning and I am so glad the weather held out for your wedding day.

Amy - I mean, seriously...you have more dedication than anyone I know and I work with event planners for goodness sake. Congrats on getting all that done. I am curious though how much you are paying in bag fees. :) BTW your guests are so lucky! And if you miss the planning once you've officially tied the knot, you can totally start your wedding career with me. I mean I am only a couple of miles away.

As far as my guests flights TA decided to send me some options. really not much better than what we already had but at least she is trying, sort of. She keeps going MIA and keeps blaming it on something different. This time (and a few other times) it was the bad weather in Nevada. Hmm....is it global warming or is she a really bad liar? he. he.

Amanda - HAHA! Thank you, that's a wonderful compliment! :) I will definitely let you know how I feel after the wedding and if I begin my own business, I'll start with you to get my portfolio going :)

As for luggage, keep in mind 2 are free for FI & I and we may be giving 2 to two couples that are only bringing one bag so those 2 would be free as well. If that happens, then about $150 which isn't bad.

I just found a printer near my work that is going to print my place cards, programs, and welcome letters. Whew! I feel so much better :) The place cards are super cute - white middle with pink stripes around the sides. They are going to use bright orange ink for the names too so it will go with my centerpieces and the pink stripes will match my table runners. SWEET

I was totally stressing last night and now I feel much better. Yes, $2 per place card is probably crazy talk, but right now it makes me feel better that its done and its Bermuda and everything is freaking expensive here - including my peace of mind - haha

Oh - and my fellow Marylanders - I have organized my AHR to be a Maryland theme, since we'll be right on the Chesapeake Bay! We are having red & yellow table clothes w/ black and white napkins (to match the flag), black eye Susan flowers, ships and other nautical items as centerpieces, and a cup cake tower with little paper Maryland flags in them all. I am soooooo excited! And of course for gifts we will give little crab knockers and other crab accessories. Oh so easy and fun to do this theme - and such less pressure from the real wedding :)

Thanks Amy. I will certainly do a Planning Thread. I will have to wait til I get back from Mexico though b/c I have stuff all over the place - my house, FI's apt, my Mom's and my sister's! I want to make sure I get all the good pictures taken. I am so indebted to everyone on this forum!!!

I really love the Maryland theme! Where are you having your AHR? I really was against doing one but my mother is insisting on it (and she's paying for it) so I decided to go ahead and do it but I want something really casual and laid back.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
