Amen!! lol

that's exactly my thinking now (you may need to remind me that from time to time!) but I don't want to get to my wedding date and think I've spent the whole time stressing about it and only got one day of enjoyment out of it. from now on, it's happy Katie :)

It's from a photoshoot I did about 18 months ago with my mum, and believe it or not I am in a strapless dress so i kinda look naked! lol but I like the pic and it's FI's fav pic from the shoot, and I was feeling left out with everyone elses BD siggy pics on the BD threads!!

my shoots on 24 march, so not long now....I've stepped up the fitness regime - 3 nights of the week workout DVD (cardio and toning/strengthening) and then the 2 nights inbetween running for a serious cardio workout. goddamn this better be worth it! it's wearing me out!!!!!!! lol
LOL!! I was confused at first because I thought it was later this month and I figured you would have said something :)

Well it's gorgeous, love it, now your BD is going to be even better, I know it!

Oh I'm not going to be any help with this... I ordered my flowers in September of 2009 and scheduled my delivery for mid-March. So I ordered mine way in advance. I would email her and see if she is able to do yours in a short period of time.

Yeah those are the ones I'm talking about. I'm just worried if I get a bouquet that looks nothing like those they'll clash. I'm sure I'll probably be the only person who notices though! Can't wait to see a pic of yours!!!

I have a question? For everyone that has done some DIY projects...Are you shipping anything down ahead of time or packing? I know I am so worrying about the wrong things right now esp since I haven't booked AS yet (but going in 9 days for visit!!)

But I am for some reason obssessed with centerpieces. THinking should I do them myself ahead of time or use theirs...if I DIY then should I ship...would that cost outweigh doing it myself...

Also...what does Siggy mean?? hahahha I have no clue.

I'm taking mine with me. I'm scared to ship them because I've heard horror stories of people's stuff getting stuck in customs.

Siggy is a signature! cheesy.gif

I'm afraid I can only help with the last question!

Siggy is slang for signature...the bit where people have their pics (and where you have one I think)....mine comes up 'Katie, my pic and a link to my wedding website. god i'm crap at explaining things!! lol but you get the idea!

I heard stories that the custom likes to hold on the MADE IN CHINA stuffs (it is very hard to find things that are NOT MADE IN CHINA nowadays), so I guess it is safer to bring it and pay the extra weight on ur luggage.

Haha, oh I doubt anyone, including you will notice. In order to keep it somewhat contiguous, I'm having white fabric and white flowers, that way, no clashing. I also have the luxury of having cream/off white as one of my theme colors.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
