Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

This weekend i got a lot done!.

-My mom and i picked up our dresses!

-Picked out and bought jewelry for my bridesmaids

-Found a garter on line.. I couldn't believe this was so hard to find.

- Ordered flip flops from the dessy group for my bridesmaids. I decided to pick a neural color since i didn't get their dress there and the corals may not match.

- Bought matting for people to sign as our guest book.

-Did a count of goodies for OOT bags. I am going to have to get a few more things. I just found out a new people booked last minute.

OMG!! I am getting married in 12 days!!

There are 3 nights in the hotel you have to pay for plus $500 to Karisma for the outside vendor fee, right?
We are flying 2 photogs down and we are paying for 3 nights stay. They are actully staying longer but we only paid for the 3 nights. With that and they are also doing our AHR. If you find a photog you really like ask them to customize a package for you. Sometimes its not much more than what normal package cost.

Wow! You did get a lot done!!

Ok, picking out a garter has been the HARDEST thing ever... so hard that I finally had FI pick it, then bought it, now I don't want it anymore so I'm buying a new one in hopes someone else likes it and will buy it off me.

Can't wait to see a planning thread from you, I have stuff for my OOT bag and alway think I may be forgetting something! :)

Just confirming a previous post that it's either-or, not both.

Our photographer's in-laws have a house in Puerto Morelos, so his lodging isn't costing us a penny! Just the $500 outside vendor fee and travel costs.

It's not the cheapest thing in the world, but we did not really like the two options we were given and the pictures are the one thing that I am particular about, so we opted to spend the money.

Maybe with all of us flying in other photogs, Karisma will get the hint that they need more than two photography choices to offer their couples! I highly doubt it since they don't seem to care about such things, but their photography policy is ridiculous!

OMG! I am speechless about your friend. However, nothing surprises me these days. What are you going to do?
haha well done me lol wink.gif

i'm still undecided as to what to do....I seem incapable of making any decisions at the moment. Over the weekend I looked at some of my FMIL's rings and decided to get mine changed from 3mm wide to 5mm wide....then this evening I went to a jewellers and looked at their rings and changed my mind to a 4mm ring....then told FI and he i suppose quite rightly said 'what difference is 1mm going to make if it looked too small before' and then made me remember also the cut of the ring/shape will affect how big or small it actually looks next to my engagement ring....so I am STILL undecided. I just DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!

thank you. atm I don't really feel too bothered but I think as the time comes round I will. think I'm so distracted at the moment with everything else (wedding obviously) I just don't have the brain capacity for anything else! I'm sure I'll be ok, just kinda sucks.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
