Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

Here are the few things I have got done.

1. AH invites in the mail by Monday 1/07/09 – not done but will be by 1/15/10 - DONE

2. Shopping with my birdesmaids for shoes on 1/3/09 – decided they can pick out their own shoes as long as they are silver. - DONE

3. Finalize my jewelry, hair and make up – Make up is done

I also just met with a florist over my lunch break to talk about arrangements for my AHR and I have an appointment at 4pm to go over my cake design and flavors for AHR.

Ok so for immigration reasons, Mark & I are getting legally married Saturday February 6th! Woo hoo! I am in between doing a couple things: 1) having it in the Registry General's office and pretending like it doesn't mean anything, or 2) having a small beach ceremony (or nice outdoors) and then going out for a romantic dinner. I really don't think 2 would take away from our wedding and I hate to think that we act like its not special when BOTH days really will be..... He thinks it would be funny to do #1 b/c its next to the Post Office and so lame - they have this screen that they pull down that is cheesy and looks like you are on the beach (no way - totally fake) for pictures. LOL Decisions, decisions.

Hi ladies - I am a bit of a lurker, but am getting married at the Azul Beach Resort on 4/27/2010 (only 98 more days!)

Anyway, do all have any idea where the Azul Beach thread disappeared to? I have to finally make some actual decisions and give Tiffany some information by next week and looked to get the email of someone that got married there in October and it's vanished. I emailed the administrator yesterday, but have not heard anything. I think Amy is the only Beach Resort person, but I thought maybe you girls might know where it went!

Thanks!

Congrats Amy that's so exciting!!!

LOL....OMG, I'm not going to be any help here at all because I would totally do the in front of the fake beach picture and ham it up as much as possible... then go out and have a nice dinner and drinks and laugh hysterically. That picture would be up on my fridge FOREVER :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
