I tried it too and really had no problem with it. The first couple of weeks were really the only problem and it was just frequent bathoom trip and no accidents. My husband on the other hand had trouble. I laughed til I cried one day cause he bent over to pick up a toy and had a "treatment effect" LOL He quit taking it tha day!
I honestly really did not loose any more than I did before I started taking it. I watched what I ate. Kept a food journal. I was also exercizing. I really had touble spending the money for more when I was doing just as well without it. I lost 27 in all but have sence hit a wall. I thought about trying it again. I am not sure though.

I have tried it and as long as you follow the directions you will not experience any side effects.

Like everyone else said, Ali works, but be careful. If you cheat on the diet, you will feel the pain (In your backside) I had a friend that tired it with great results, but I can't say how important it is to stick with the diet.
