    YAY ! Great news report> I have have lost 5.8 lbs since last wednesday. That would have ben wed- fri regular diet with excersize, sat-wed this week on the soup diet!

          Hey ladies do you mind if I join in with you. I'm tryin to get my bm to do this diet as well. Do you all start day 1 on Mondays?

            Hey that's awesome congrad! I look forward to your updates as it keeps me going. Today I went to the movies and resisted popcorn (my ultimate fav). I was eating fruits as everyone was eating popcorn! Day three down and I'm good. I'm still loving this soup!

              Of course, the more the merrier. I started on Monday so I could have the weekend to stuff my face. It's pretty good and with the right spices, the soap is really good. Good luck and let us know how you're doing!

                okay, on tomato day, it says you can eat as many as 6 tomatos... anyone know if there's a minimum that you have to eat?

                  Not sure on the minimum, but I ate 4 today.

                  I started my diet on Saturday, so Friday will be my last day.

                  I did have a little cheat today. My the dumb dum at 2 tomatoes for breakfast then nothing and decided to work out about 1pm, well after I was soooo neaseous. I had to eat an apple to get my blood sugar up and then a handful of almonds for protien. because I did not bring any with me to work. I dont think it was too bad but it worked and I felt better and then got my soup down.

                    Just completed day 4. Pretty proud, my flag football went out for drinks and wings and I did not eat a thing! Congrats ladies for nearing the end.
