FI lost a lb...so he's down 8.

 

He's also eaten 5 banana's today and hasn't "gone" doesn't think he'll be "going" after eating 5 banana's today LOL

I only had two bananas so far and some milk and two bowls of soup. I can't wait for beef tomorrow!

Hey, does anyone know the difference between diced tomatoes and stewed? The recipe calls for stewed, but there are so many different flavors of diced...

I'm sorry. I don't know. I got the hot rotel tomato stuff to make for my new batch tonight. I figure since it's tomatoes it should be okay. I just don't want to have to pick out the stewed tomatoes like I had to for this batch.

As far as I know the only difference is how they're cut up. I prefer diced because its smaller pieces, I don't really like having a whole tomato on my spoon, lol!

other than that there isn't any difference as far as nutrition.

I just took out two packages of steak tips for tomorrow, I can't wait!

I didn't go to the gym so I didn't get to weigh myself either.

I'm hungry, but I really don't want soup and I already had my second banana shake, so I'm going to try to survive the rest of the night on just water because I know I'm going to have to eat soup all day tomorrow until dinner time, ugh!

I know I'm getting sick of the soup. BUT it's definitely worth it and it's getting me back on track to eating healthy.

Yay for you Sandra! So far day one was the hardest for me. Remember to season the soup with something! Have some fruit on hand. As you can read we are all doing variations and tweaking things a little as we go, but we are all sticking to the basic plan. Everyone is doing great! Although we have all been tempted, we are all troopers and no one has quit!
