Sacred Heart Diet Anyone?

Recommended Posts

I'm going to go back on Monday. I really like the results and I felt good. I did fine that I had a lot of headaches. Not sure if it was becoz of the lack of coffee or sugar. Any advice from those out there as to how to combat?

Erika good to see you're still here motivating people on.

I started today and so far so good. Pretty sure I peed like 22 times. I like the soup and find it filling. But eating fruit for breakfast isn't bad. I'm just worried about veggie day tomorrow.

Anyone currently doing the diet?

Hey Lori my fi and I quit at the end of day 2. Th soup was too much when it's like 90 degrees outside. Plus with the way we ork it really wasn't portable. I felt filled up on day one eating the fruit all day (esp watermelon) but not on day 2. We quit that evening. I actually lost 5lbs tho. We're now planning to do Atkins...

Wow well congrats on the 5lbs!! And goodluck with Atkins.

Day 2 is not going to be easy. Soup for breakfast yuck. But I did it. The only good thing about Toronto summer weather being so cold and crappy this year is that I can actually eat soup.

I've decided to try this diet starting today. I think tomorrow will be tough. I thought this would be a good way to boost my weight loss quickly to help motivate me to get back to a healthy lifestyle. Summer has been a little rough!

I finally started this today! I've been saying I would for weeks! LOL

Yesterday I made a HUGE pot of soup. My mom and I are doing this together. She and I chopped up all of our fruits for today and kind of made a game plan. I have a bunch of veggies for tomorrow but still need to chop them. Good thing I'm a chef so I can do it at work!

Today went pretty well. My biggest problem was that I had a busy morning and I didn't eat anything until almost noon. 5+ hours was too long! I ended up with a horibble headache. I was feeling kinda shaky so I did eat a piece of beef & a piece of cheese just to get some protein fast.

I did taste a few other things so I guess that is cheating, but I know for a fact my calorie consumption has been way lower than normal.

I did have the soup cold and it was fine. Just call it gazpacho! I also used a bag of broccoli slaw mix in my soup (cabbage, broccoli, carrots). This is also a very low impact food but the thin pieces look like noodles. They hold up much better than the soup mix noodles that are basically just mush. The broccoli is also a good source of vitamins.

I'll keep you posted as to how I'm doing!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
