I got a big thing of grape tomatoes just waiting to be eaten :)

I also had a baby spinach salad with lemon juice- it was pretty good. I love baby spinach. Thats it and tons of water. I don't feel like running to the store, if I did I would have to try the spinach in the soup. Maybe I'll go, FI loves spinach and I'm sure he'd be happy if I did that for him.
Oh yah, he said he'd eat the soup with me at night for dinner but he had toast and dr. pepper too! lil stinker!

Sorry about your sweet tooth! I don't really have one- THANK GOD or I'd be dying too! Hang in there, tomorrow you can have fruit. elefant.gif
It's mean that he's eating the toast and soda in front of you, but it's still really cool that he's supportive enough to eat the soup two days in a row!

I LOVE baby spinach, it's my salad preference :)

I read somewhere to add red pepper flakes or franks red hot or werchester sauce or something to make it a little different...helps keep you from getting board so fast.

TOMATO DAY, oh hell no! Not sure how I missed that part of the diet. I almost dies with putting the stewd tomatos in the soup. However, I did pick them out when I ate it. There is absolutely NO WAY I will be eating them. Tomatoes and green peas are the only veggies I don't like. They physically make me sick sick.gif. So, I just asked my co-worker what I should do. She said to brown my ground turkey (I don't eat beef) and then pour a big bottle of salsa on it and just eat that. Do you think that will work.

oh, you know, I'm not sure. I did use one on the go pack of crystal light mixed with a huge bottle of water, so at least it was really diluted.

I hate juice, so thank god we don't have to drink juice.

So today I had two bowls of soup mid morning, I took a bunch of grape tomatoes in the car with me, they were really good (I love tomatoes) I just ate a baked potato (which was DELICIOUS, btw) and I had some broccoli.

I'm still really hungry and am debating if I should make a salad or have some soup. Maybe I'll have both. The problem with salad is I need something to moisten it, anyone know if we can have vinegar?

I have no idea about vinegar.

I have a confesstion...We ran an errand with FMIL tonight and then she took us to Caraba's for dinner...wich was PURE TORTURE! (how can you say "no"). But for dinner we both basically had salad, FI's had chicken in it and mine had talapia...we were able to pass up the bread in olive oil dip and passed on the "potatoe" for tonight since we had meat in our salads.

I'm feeling really guilty, but we are both going back and picking up on Day 3 tomorrow.

On a side note...I'm less bloated, my ring, which has been "snug" for a while is comfortable :) (I haven't worn it since Sat because of that whole serrated spatula + thumb = bad thing...I posted a thread on it LOL).

Good luck to all of you ladies. I tried the diet last week and loved the soup. My FI and my daughter loved it too. I didn't lose anything, I don't know why because I followed it for 1 week. But don't get discouraged.

I did cheat one day and had a chocolate chip cookie from Subway, and plus I was on my period too so i felt extra heavy. All the water and soup made me feel so heavy and bloated. I made more soup and still eat it with my lunch.

Keep up the good work, you can do it!!!1

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
