UGH So about 3 weeks ago I ordered 500 business cards for the rescue group (we hand them out at events) so I picked the cheapest shipping method (21 days) well I log into their website today and found out my order was canceled. So I call them, and spoke to a women that said "well we tried to call you" I told her I didn't receive a voice mail, her comment "well we didn't leave a message" OH well there you go, apparently I'm suppose to be a mind reader and know they tried to call. What ticks me off the most is that we have a huge event at the end of the month and we needed those business cards. Now it looks like I'm going to have to hurry and recreate the business cards AND pay extra for the shipping so we have it back in time. UGH maybe I'll try to find a different website.

Nope the women just said that their was no message left. Seriously, who doesn't leave a message? I mean even more so when an order needs to be canceled? Plus you have to use your email address to place the order so I seriously don't get why they didn't even send me an email. I'm so beyond ticked right now, I'm looking at pricing with MPix for business cards right now, I don't have a custom design I design it on the site so I need a website that allows me to do that.

Tammy I can relate, MyPublisher did the same thing to me but it was for Mother's Day. Well they didn't contact me or email me to tell me my order was cancelled....I raised all sorts of hell, spoke to the manager and such....at the end I ended up getting two free books and free shipping.

I would call and talk to the manager

I'm very surprised to hear that. Their customer service is usually so much better. I googled "free business cards" and different sites came up...

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
