STRESS!! My flower's haven't shipped!

I e-mailed the company who is doing my custom silk bridal bouquet and they said the order is done but they havn't shipped it yet! It is coming from Toronto....to me in Washington state. They said it will be here in 8 days, but is that business days or regular days. I leave next Saturday, which would leave only 7 business days. I just wrote them back to confirm, but now my heart is near exploding! They did e-mail me pics of the finished bouquet......saying:

"I just returned from the workshop to email you with some pics as your order is going out to Fedex now!

Although you weren't promised pics, Mark took a few because your bouquet turned out so beautiful.

I am sending them so you can get more excited We enjoyed working with your vision and just love the final product. I also included a beautiful Swarovski starfish crystal in your bouquet at no additional charge."

 

It's so awesome that they put in a starfish jewel at no cost...but I'm freaked. Here are the pics:

 

 

 

Do you think they'll make it in time?

I would say that it should make it to you without problem, but could you call or e-mail to ask that they send it priority to ensure you get them in time??

Also, would it be horribly inappropriate for me to ask where you ordered them from? Because they are really beautiful!!!

I bet they will! Fedex usually gets things to you pretty fast. I usually get a tracking number and recieve the package before the tracker says I should. I would call them just in case and see if they can provide you a tracking number then maybe you can pick up your package at one of the fed ex locations if they aren't going to make it.

I just got a personal phone call from them saying they didn't realize when I was leaving and now they are going to have to air fed-ex them to me. Mark said it was a 50/50 chance they would make it here on Fedex ground. I don't buy his explanation that they didn't realize when I was leaving, because I have the e-mails from my original order to back it up. Regardless...they will be here on time, but now he wants me to split the cost of the air fed ex. Do you think they should pay the whole thing?

I think they should... but I would end up paying it because 1. I would just be sooo glad they would be there on time... 2. because I am a sucker lol

Have you reminded them of your date sice those first emails?

 

If not, I think splitting it is fair. Since they didn't check and you didn't remind.

 

At least you'll get them in time and they are working with you!
