I heart crest whitening strips and swear by them!

I recently just bought GOSmile kit though for FI to use. He cant stand keeping the strips in his mouth for 20-30min so this kit is supposed to be twice a day for 10 days, and only in your mouth for 1-2 min. Ill let you know how it goes :)

ok i am a hygienist so i will break down all of your options:) otc, strips are going to be your most effective. they all produce senstivity, i rec high flouride tp , you can get a rx from your dds or use sensitivity tp 1 week prior to starting tx. next level up would be bleaching trays about half the price of in office nad proven to have the same end result to in office just takes longer. nice because you can control it and if your sensitive just skip a day. with in office bleaching you should still get take hom etrays to keep up the whiteness. hope this helps:)

I jut got a box of crest whitening advance seal. Holy cow I had to yank those things off my teeth after the 30 min. were up. I always foam at the mouth when I wear these so I don't know who the commercials are trying to fool but you cant do anything but lie in bed. Today was my first box in a few years. Lets hope they work, I will know soon!

Anyways, they worked amazingly! It doesn't matter which type I get (the expensive or the cheapest) they all have th same results. I typically only have to use half a box and my teeth are SO white that if I used the other half I'd end up looking like a Friend's episode! :) So that works out spiffy because my DH uses the other half of the box!
My teeth do get sensitive... but it's typically only when I do two right after each other. Then my teeth hurt really bad!

Good luck!
There's no reason why you can't swallow during treatment while using Crest Whitestrips. Even though I work for the company (in Fabric Care - Tide - not Oral Care) and can get them for free by doing "guinea pig" building panels, I can't use them for more than a couple of days because even sucking air through my mouth is painful they get so sensitive.

My dentist and I have talked and he's giving me a bleaching treatment after I finish with my Invisilgn type retainers instead.

I just finished using Plus White 5 Minute Bleach Whitening Gel! I've been using this every day for 10 minutes since Saturday and my teeth look sooooo much better.

The trick is to buy the tube that looks like this:

and use cheapo sporting mouth cards so the gel stay right up against your teeth. I bought the gel for like $7 at Walmart and the mouth guards for $.99 each. (I got an upper and a lower piece.)

I have received today the crest whitestrips supreme for 10 daysthat I ordered thourgh ebay.

I have started today and bad start!! I put it the one for both line of teeth and the flavour that made me feel sick...  is so horrible that I have ruined the line of the down teeth.

In this moment I am only with the one and suffering because of so many saliva... I imagine I have to get used to them... this is the first time in my life...

tomorrow i will make the one of down and then start again with both at the same time.

It still lefts 30 minutes to take it out of the mouth... Hope that it works and my teeth are going to be whiter!!

I was searching for whitening and I found this threat. I will tell you all how these are working!

Hello again ladies,

Well I did promise I would post it here about the experience with the tooth whitening and all I can tell you is that really works!! After two days I see the changes.

In fact, my Fi was so impressed that he ordered them too, hahaha

Only problems:

*I have to be laid while using it because it produces me a lot of saliva.

*My teeth are sensible but nothing you cannot stand up so I bought Sensodyne and a manual toothbrooth.

But suming up, it worths the value, the money and the time. Just one suggestion: instead of using it twice per day (30 minutes each time) do it just once during 60 min. It is written at the instructions and for me is better that put them 2 per day.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
