Over the counter tooth whitening??

I also use Crest Whitestrips and think they work well.

I tried the GoSmile whitening system and didn't think it was worth the extra $. The GoSmile touchup tubes are amazing though - they smell little packages for about $5 I think. You can carry it in your purse and then wipe/brush (it has a little sponge tip) your teeth immediately after drinking coffee/wine or before taking photos and it makes them look really shiny white. I am definitely going to use it throughout the evening at my wedding.

My FI did Zoom - it's an in-office 1 hour whitening.. his teeth are so much whiter and he looks really good but he was in a lot of pain and couldn't eat much for a few days. He said it was definitely not worth the pain (nevermind the money :)).

So I suggest try the whitestrips first - my teeth are still whiter than his but I'm a little obsessive about it :)

I got the trays and gel to put in them from the dentist a few years ago. I used to use them alot; and now have super sensitive teeth. I wish I could use it still. But too painful. I do think they work alot better than over the counter though. It's just 25$ for the refill also.

I use Crest whitestrips, just the cheapest...classic I think they are called. I notice a difference after 3 days and I only use them once a day (my teeth are sensitive to them) the first time I tried them my teeth were so sore I thought something was wrong. I asked my FMIL who is a dental hygenist and she told me to use Sensodine toothpaste. So now whenever I use them I use Sensodine toothpaste at the same time and have no problems. I don't use it all the time just when I am using the strips.

I really like the target brand whitening strips. They are kind of waxy and they're bright blue so you probably only would want to use them in the privacy of your own home and not wear them out, but I too had sensitivity problems with the crest strips and anything cold and hot was unbearable when i used them. Good luck

I have used the Crest Whitestrips in the past & I hated the nasty tasting gel & the way they would just slide off your teeth. So I started using the Aquafresh whitening trays. This will be the 4th time I have used them; the gel is already in the trays, so you just put them in and sit for a bit. They are so much simplier (IMO) then the Crest whitestrips. I usually start seeing results in 2 days & have a bright white smile after 7. I usually print out a coupon from the Aquafresh website. Good luck & happy whitening :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
