Veils....Did you/will you wear one? Have pic?

Recommended Posts

ROFL, Well Jessalyn if Jonathan says you should wear one, then the decision has been made.. ROFL... In all honesty I do think with your dress it will look amazing. I can see where some dresses a veil would take away from the dress (IE mine, IMO) Awe, you are going to look so pretty... Jonathan you better hurry up when you take her pictures :-)

What other types of fabric do they use for a veil other than crinolin?
Ooooo...those are some good ideas about the ribbon and crystals. Did you see the link I posted about how to make one. They mentioned something about pearls sometimes showing up black in photographs? Jonathan, is this true?

I like the 2 tier idea. I think I'm going to try to make mine out of tullem not sure what I'll add. I want to see if I can find some beads that match the ones on my dress.

Be sure to post pics once you make it!

Jessalyn, I don't know how long your train is. I would say at least butt length but preferably longer, like the on in the pic. It doesn't have to drag on the ground though.

I love veils with some sort of design in them. Doesn't have to be lace but patterns are very cool.

but... you do what you want. Im just the photographer ;-)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
