Hello, we plan to get married in 2017. We consider the catalonia riviera maya as one of our option. I'm going to read attentively all the testimonies. Thank you for all your reviews, they're will be very helpfull in taking a decision :-)

 

I am also doing a destination wedding in 2017, which month are you considering?  I am comparing all the wedding packages/pricing for a few hotels but Catalonia is still looking good for an option.

 

How many people are you looking to have?

Hi Stacy, we consider february 2017 or april/may 2017. We hesitate between the catalonia river maya and the catalonia tulum as the beach there is gorgeous (but no topic about this hotel on this forum :-\ ). My only fear is that there are tons of seaweeds at the moment on every beach. We won't have guests. Just the 2 of us if we decide to ge married abroad. What about you? How many guest? What month?

I am also getting married at Catalonia (May 2017) and have not been happy with their wedding coordinator. I am in the beginning stages of planning our wedding.

I am having approximately 30-40 guests. Did anyone have a private reception? Videographer? DJ?  

How was their service the day of the wedding? Anything that I should know that isn't disclosed?

 

Any info would be highly helpful.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
