My dress won't zip!...And I leave in 12 days!

Recommended Posts

I lost 7 in a week once. I gave up sugar, fried foods, artificial coloring. What that translates to is I ate only fish and poultry baked, grilled, broiled. NO cake, candy, sweets, soda, fake fruit juices, and white foods, rice, bread pasta and

eat

like Laura Wilder on Little house on the praire

YOU CAN DO IT.

Sorry if this was already mentioned, I only read the first and last pages of the post.

Did you ever see the movie "Devil Wears Prada"? There's the part where Ann Hathaway's character tells her snooty co-worker that she looks really thin just in time for her trip to Paris.

She responds with "Yes, it's my cube cheese diet. I eat nothing all day, then when I think I'm just about to faint, I eat a small cube of cheese"

Not that I recommend anything that extreme, but sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures.

LOL. I'd eat a whole slab of cheese if that were me!

Sacred Heart Diet
I love to mix up my diets, I feel like I've tried so many different ones, lol! But I find I get bored with one, so I switch to another, so I guess as long as I keep dieting its okay. Right now I'm following weight watchers, but I think I'm going to give this one a try next week. I leave for vaca in a few weeks and I'd like to lose more weight before I leave!

I got the cure for you diet...Take yourself to Target or Walmart or any Riteaid, CVS whatever you have out there and buy yourself the Alli pill. Take that three times a day with water and a vitamin before you go to sleep and you will lose 15 pounds in three weeks. Make sure you dont eat fried foods or you will be pooping forever but just try to eat salads and chicken and this will definately work for you! My cousin went from 220 pounds to 160 in 3 weeks you can do it too..GOODLUCK!bunny_4.gifbunny_4.gif

Your cousin lost 60 pounds in three weeks? Is that even possible? That's a typo right?

Anyways I'm trying the sacred heart diet. Started yesterday and I was 2 pounds lighter this morning! No joke. It was awesome. I'm eating my soup as we speak. I know its hard but I'm pretty disciplined when the fear of having nothing to wear on my own wedding day is haning over my head.

Erin how is it going? We can do this!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
