Hi Sandra,

Thank you for the encouragment !! I can honestky say that I've never been able to keep to any other diet and one that really works !! Yes you have to be determind and in the right frame of mind and I know that everyones different and what works for some may not work for another but I would deff recomend trying it. This is my third week and the other day I put a pound back on but the next morning it was off again, I only want to loose another 4 pound at the most and I'd be happy at that, I'm now 9st 3 pound and feel the best I have for a very long time !! Any questions just ask....

Jodey, that's awesome! Way to go! I actually found the Scarsdale diet to be pretty easy and fulfilling. I was wondering if I was going to feel hungry, but not really. I've lost about 5 pounds so fast and I'm thrilled about, you were so right! The only thing I haven't done is make the protein bread, I replaced it with wholegrain instead. Did you make it?

Well done !! Keep it up, its soooo worth it !! No I didn't make the bread, I didn't think it was all that important, I do the same as you ans just substitute it with whole meal, it seems to work fine. I did pig out the other night, we had friends round and we sent out for an indian, I had a madras curry with ice, a whole naan bread AND popadoms and pickles !! I was sooo ill the next day, I was nearly sick and I had terrible stomach pains throughout the day, that tought me a lesson, I won be doing that again in a hurry I can tell you that ! LOL...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
