yeah, that's how I usually pack. I don't waste valuable luggage space with packing material.

What crap did you buy while drunk shopping?

haha well i didn't drunk shop but I came home with a nice collection of margarita glasses, a bunch of tequila, a lot of accessories (my fav purchase was some cute shell earrings with this circular design drawn on it- confusing I know but really cute.) A few shot glasses, a chess board (this was Steve's deal- it's some carved stone.)

I find it extremely hard to believe that one of Morgan's topics made someone laugh. She's our most serious member!!!

granite highball collection - di Sciacca

I bought these

except I bought them through sam's club. They were $5 each shipped. I got four of each color.

Potterybarn does sell their glasses individually at the store, just not online. They are $10 each which is more than I wanted to spend.

Thanks everyone for the help. I'll take a picture of these next to my fiestaware so you can see the tackiness in all of it's glory.

I found a shop in cabo that sells the cobalt rimmed glasses. They are lead-free. There are probably places in PDC that guarantee them to be lead free. I just didn't see anything online. But, I really liked these & the price was great so I just did it. Sam's club stuff goes out of stock often.

Morgan is it $5 each glass? Those are really cute though. All my drinking glasses have been breaking. sad.gif I have some on my registry but we are having our AHR in like August- I know that's a long time AFTER we got married, but whatever. Life happens. My point is- I want new glasses but I don't want to buy them if I can get someone else too. LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
