Do you stalk your registries?

Recommended Posts

My MOH talked me into doing a registry and she checks it all the time to make sure it is up to par. So I update it when she tells me something needs to be changed. So I guess I do check it often!!!

we hardly have anything on our registry....we felt wierd even doing one, but everyone said to. Anyway, we registered for snorkle sets on there & ended up finding some at Costco, so I went on the other day to take them off. Wouldn't you know it, those are the only damn things that have been purchased from the entire registry. cheesy.gif

I look at it like it is still a surprise as to who purchased what.

You are supposed to check your registry (according to the knot) to make sure you have a variety of gifts available at all times at different price points.

Also, I really did have to keep checking it because I found that stuff at BB&B goes out of stock and I had no idea unless I noticed it was unavailable online. I had to get a whole new set of pots/pans, wine glasses and a ton of other stuff b/c they all got discontinued.

We don't even have a registry. Need to get on that. LOL.

My sister is throwing me a shower 2 weeks before the wedding (I know!!!) so she advised I sign up somewhere. And I know she's ending out her invites within the next week so i've gotta go register tomorrow or this weekend.

ok 14 things off your BBB registry are bought, boo - only one thing from macy's has been bought, and 32 things from your C&B registry have been purchased.

is that enough torture to make you look? haha

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
