What do you drink?

So my DH and I have finally found a place to really eat healthier. We were trying in Missouri but for some reason organic food is more expensive elsewhere. Well in CO it is cheaper than other food. Anyways we have cut out all processed food and caffeine and high fructose corn syrup and gluten. I know crazy! I was wondering if any of you girls don't drink caffeine. And if you don't what do you drink. And I don't want to count juice that has sugar, corn syrup stuff. So what do you drink other than waterhuh.gif

Right now I'm drinking Acai and the 'C' has a weird symbol haha. Anyways its an organic smoothie. But it tastes a little funny. It's made by Sambazon? I'd love to find something that tastes GOOD! Anyone?

I am on a pretty strict diet too!

I try to stay away from artificial sweeteners...

Only a COMPLETELY gluten free diet!

Stray from caffenee.

LOL so what left to eat LOL

Actually other than water I do drink coffee more for the taste obviously and thats decaf.

I also like tea (caffeine free) and I ALWAYS drink water and buy that bottle of lemon juice at the store, squirt some in and your good to go.

My fave sugar free beverage is ice cold Tejava but it probably has caffeine, I never looked. I always have it in the fridge though...it's refreshing. Crystal Geyser, the people that make Tejava, makes good sparkling mineral water with lemon or lime. Sugar free.

Hansen's makes yummy natural sodas with cane sugar which is better than most sweetners, but if you want no added sugar at all...try Odwalla or Naked juice, it has natural sugars but is made with 100% fruit. Odwalla makes an energy juice that I've been drinking in place of coffee lately and it seems to work. Trader Joe's sells great natural beverages too.

We don't have trader joe's sad.gif. I live really far out in the mountains now. My town has one stoplight. I have to drive 30 minutes to Durango. Which is also kindof small. My stores are limited. But there are TONS of health food stores here!

Have you been to the health food stores yet? I think you will be sooo surprised at how many options they have. When I was first told I ahd to be on a GF (gluten free) diet I was like WTF do you eat?? But there are so many options out there. You will find that food that is GF is usually not made with caffeine, AF sweeteners, and processed foods.

Even better, health food stores won't stock the stuff you're trying to avoid. Experiment until you find what you like, like Saraha said it should be easy :)

I don't eat or drink any added sugars or anything artificial - i am kind of a freak about it.

i drink LOTS of water, but distilled water, spring water has a lot of unneccesary minerals and every spring is different in terms of cleanliness, etc.

so if you are trying to detox or clean house, stick with distilled water (we get monthly deliveries from Deer Park of those 5gallon jugs).

i like to fill up a nalgene with water and add 1 stevia packet and 2 true lemon packets (true lemon is dehydrated lemon - you can order it in bulk online -just google "true lemon bulk")

other than water i drink tea (yerba mate or green tea, both have a little bit of caffeine)

and wine LOL (usually organically grown)

sometimes i drink a decaf iced coffee with soy milk but maybe 1x per week or something

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
