All in 6 days. Wow my head is spinning just thinking of all of this.

Honestly, I don't know how you do it. Having to put a dog down would probably kill me. I keep telling my sister, I have to die before Bridget because I don't think I'll be ok when her time comes.

Silly question...do you only foster one breed of dog or do they just coincidentally look similar?
We foster for a Boston terrier rescue group, but we do accept Boston mix's as well.

Having to put down a dog is the hardest thing to do. My first foster we had to put down was extremly hard, she was a senior around 10-12 years old, had just about everything wrong with her that you can think of, but she was the most loving, loyal dog you could ever ask for. Sadly her heart murmur meds were slowly doing allot of damage to her kidney and one morning we just knew by the way she was acting that she was in pain and she needed help crossing over. She made it past our wedding (so we had her a year) and he passed 2 weeks after we got back from Cabo. I'll NEVER forget that sweet little girl.

With this last foster, well as hard as it is to put a dog down.. You just can't allow them to suffer in pain. He was in horrible health and only got about 5-10% oxgen everytime he breathed in. were just sad that we couldn't have gotten him sooner, because the heartworms at the stage they were at, would have taken a year to get that bad. But the good news is that we think we found the owners of him, and we are going to try to press charges. Not sure if it will hold up, but it's worth a shot.

Wow Tammy. You are amazing.

And Stewie is just about the cutest thing I've ever seen!!!

Never stop posting your pics - a) I'll never be sick of them and B) you have a remarkable way with animal photography.

Okay, that makes sense! You can tell they all have distinct personalities (or dogalities...lol) but they look so much alike. Cute dogs!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
